All American Lights LLC provides professional permanent LED lighting installation for residential and commercial properties across Manhattan KS, Wichita KS, and surrounding Kansas communities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, refrain from any unlawful use of our services, and not disrupt or interfere with our services or infrastructure.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Travel charges for extended service areas will be disclosed upfront. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website are owned by All American Lights LLC.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All American Lights LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riley County, Kansas.
